Data collected
The portal does not require registration or personal data in order to be used, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like any web server, the Court’s server may log technical access data, such as IP addresses, for security purposes.
Preferences stored in your browser
The portal may store small preferences in your own browser, such as the profile chosen on the home page. This information is not sent to the Court and can be deleted at any time in your browser settings.
Constitutional Assistant
The Assistant answers from documents published on the portal. Questions are processed in your browser and are not stored by the portal. Do not include personal data in your questions.
E-mail contact
Data you send to the Court by e-mail is used only to answer your request.
