The Attorney General applied for a judicial declaration dissolving the Aliança Democrática Angolana Cristã (ADAC) party for failing to stand in the 2008 legislative elections and the 2012 elections. The party did not respond. The Court found it proven that the party had not taken part in two consecutive elections, an objective ground under the Political Parties Law regardless of the reasons, declared the party dissolved, ordered its registration cancelled and required its liquidation within 90 days.
