The Attorney General applied for a judicial declaration dissolving the Partido de Expressão Livre Angolano (PELA), which stood in the 2012 general elections as part of the FUMA coalition and obtained 0.14% of the valid votes. The party did not respond. The Court found it proven that the legal minimum of 0.5% of the votes had not been reached, declared the party dissolved, ordered its registration cancelled and required its liquidation within 90 days.
