The Attorney General applied for a declaration dissolving the Partido Nacional Democrático de Angola (PNDA), which had contested the 2012 general elections within the FUMA coalition and obtained 0.14% of the valid votes. Once summoned, the party did not contest the application. The Court declared the PNDA dissolved because it had not reached the statutory minimum of 0.5% of the votes, and ordered the cancellation of its registration and its liquidation within 90 days.
