The Attorney General applied for a declaration dissolving the Partido Nacional Democrático de Angola (PNDA), which had stood in the 2012 general elections as part of the FUMA coalition, obtaining 0.14% of valid votes. The Court found it proven that the minimum threshold of 0.5% laid down in Article 33(4)(i) of the Political Parties Law had not been reached. It declared the party dissolved and ordered its registration cancelled and its liquidation within 90 days.
