The Attorney General applied for a declaration that the Social Liberal Party (PSL) be dissolved; it had contested the 2012 general elections within the New Democracy Electoral Union coalition and obtained 0.23% of the valid votes. The Court granted the application, declared the PSL dissolved and ordered the cancellation of its registration and its winding-up within 90 days, because it had not reached the legal minimum of 0.5% of the votes.
