The installing committee of the party PAND appealed to the Plenary against the President of the Court's order rejecting the party's registration and cancelling its accreditation, for lack of the minimum number of valid signatures per province and nationally. The Court found the appeal unfounded and the order lawful, since the requirements of Article 14 of the Political Parties Law are cumulative and the appellant had submitted only 4,659 subscribers, whereas the law requires 7,500.
