A citizen, a co-defendant in criminal proceedings, appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Court rejecting, for lack of standing, his complaint against Judgment No. 464/2017, delivered on another co-defendant's appeal, which he claimed breached the rule of prior exhaustion of remedies. The Court dismissed the appeal, as he was not a party to that appeal, could have lodged his own and had not been harmed by the judgment.
