The Angolan Bar Association (OAA) appealed to the Plenary against the summary rejection, by the President of the Constitutional Court, of its complaint about the admission, as an interlocutory appeal without suspensive effect, of its ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against an interim measure suspending the National Dialogue on the Electoral Legislative Package. The OAA itself acknowledged that the appeal had lost its purpose. The Court declared the proceedings closed as devoid of purpose.
