The coordinator of the PSP – Partido da Solução do Povo political project appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court refusing to suspend the time limit for registering the party, claiming legitimate impediment owing to alleged sabotage and funding delays. The Court dismissed the appeal, as suspension is not provided for in the Political Parties Law, which instead allows a three-month extension, and the requirements for legitimate impediment were not met.
