The Installing Committee of the Partido Pomba Branca (PPB) appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Court rejecting the party's registration and cancelling its accreditation for lack of the minimum 7,500 signatures, of 150 signatures per province and of valid residence certificates. The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the order, because the requirements of Article 14 of the Political Parties Law are cumulative and had not been met.
