A defendant appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court rejecting as out of time his extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court habeas corpus judgment, arguing that the appeal was timely and the order lacked reasons. The Court dismissed the appeal because the appeal had been lodged fourteen days after notification, beyond the mandatory eight-day time limit, which applies to all appeals lodged with the Constitutional Court.
