Members of the FNLA Central Committee appealed against Judgment No. 548/2019, which had dismissed their challenge to the 7th Ordinary Meeting of the Political Bureau of 22 December 2017, alleging lack of quorum and proper notice, disciplinary suspension of members and nullity of orders by the party President. The Court upheld the decision, since the meeting had a deliberative quorum and the creation of an Ad Hoc Disciplinary Committee and the appointments complied with the Statutes.
