The founding committee of the União dos Reinos de Angola – Partido Popular Monárquico (URAPPM) appealed to the Plenary against the President of the Court's order rejecting the party's registration and cancelling the committee's accreditation. The Court dismissed the appeal: only 5,899 signatures were valid, below the legal minimum of 7,500, and the minimum of 150 was not reached in several provinces, breaching the principle of representativeness. It also ordered that evidence of forged documents be reported to the Public Prosecution Service.
