The appellant, convicted of offences including corruption, tax fraud and criminal association, requested clarification of Judgment No. 673/2021, alleging, among other things, failure to apply more favourable new criminal provisions, failure to rule on reformatio in pejus and insufficient reasoning. The Court did not grant the request because the judgment was neither obscure nor silent on the matters before it, and the applicant was in fact seeking a fresh examination of the merits, including a new question.
