An FNLA member sought annulment of the party President's acts since February 2019, claiming the term from the 2015 Congress had ended, suspension of the leadership bodies and recognition of the right to internal democracy. In its reasoning, the Court refused annulment and suspension, as the term ends only when new bodies take office, but found a breach of internal democracy and called for the Fifth Congress to be held.
