A member of the FNLA, who claimed to have been elected President at a congress held in August 2021, sought a declaration that the party's Fifth Ordinary Congress, held in September 2021 and electing another President, was void. The Court dismissed the claim, as the registration of the August congress had been refused by an unchallenged order that accepted the legitimate leadership's change of the congress date, and declined jurisdiction over the claims concerning party assets.
