The political party Aliança Patriótica Nacional (APN) submitted its candidacy for the 2022 General Elections and was notified to remedy irregularities in its lists. The Court found that several candidates had not submitted an identity card, criminal record certificate or candidacy declaration, or were listed twice. It admitted the APN's candidacy, except for those candidates, because the party had presented candidates in all national and provincial constituencies.
