The company Angola Offshore Services, Lda. requested clarification of Judgment No. 762/2022, which had remitted the case to the Supreme Court to identify clearly the company ordered to pay, asking whether its name was merely to be corrected or another company substituted. The Court upheld the judgment as it stood, finding no obscurity, ambiguity or clerical error, since it falls to the lower court to amend its decision under Article 47 of the LPC.
