Judgment No. 825-A/2023

The complainant applied for annulment of Judgment No. 825/2023, which had decided his extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality in criminal proceedings, alleging failure to rule and lack of reasons regarding his choice of counsel, the adversarial principle and the failure to hear defence witnesses. The Court dismissed the complaint because the judgment had fully answered the questions submitted and was not required to address every argument raised by the parties.
