The Installing Committee of the United Democratic Congress of Angola (CUDA) appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court rejecting the party's registration and cancelling its accreditation for lack of the minimum of 7,500 valid signatures and of 150 per province, and for illegible or expired documents. The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the order, as the requirements of Article 14 of the Political Parties Law are cumulative and had not been met.
