The promoter of a political group whose registration as a party had been refused by Judgment No. 632/2020 appealed to the Plenary against the President of the Court's order summarily rejecting his application for review of that judgment, alleging that decisive documents had not been notified to him, in breach of the adversarial principle. The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the order, as no new documents, nor any judgment declaring the existing documents false, had been produced.
