The Organising Committee of the Partido da Justiça – Força Organizada de Angola (PJ-FA) appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court rejecting the party's registration and cancelling its accreditation. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the committee had gathered the minimum of 150 valid signatures in only six provinces, failing to show the required national character and scope, despite a three-month extension to remedy the shortcomings.
