Youcall, Lda. lodged an ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Luanda Court of Appeal Labour Chamber judgment refusing to admit its appeal because the claim value, though above the threshold when the action was filed in 2018, did not exceed the threshold updated by Law No. 5-A/21. The Court did not declare the challenged rules unconstitutional and dismissed the appeal, as the appellant had had time to seek an update of the claim value.
