Judgment No. 922-A/2024

Two defendants requested clarification of Judgment No. 922/2024, which had dismissed their extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality, alleging that the Court had not ruled on the disqualification of public prosecutors, lis pendens with a case before the Military Court, the non bis in idem principle and excessive pre-trial detention. The Court upheld the judgment on its exact grounds, finding no ambiguity or obscurity to clarify and that the applicants were in fact expressing disagreement with the decision.
