The appellant appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court dismissing his complaint against the non-admission of an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality lodged against an indictment order, alleging lack of reasoning and breach of legality. The Court dismissed the appeal, holding that the indictment order was an interlocutory act, ordinary remedies had not been exhausted, and the order under appeal was properly grounded in the Constitution and the law.
