Several members of the Partido Humanista de Angola (PHA) appealed to the Plenary against an order of the President of the Court rejecting, for lack of a prima facie case, their application for an unspecified interim measure to suspend the party's 1st National Convention. The Court declared the proceedings closed as devoid of purpose because the Convention had taken place on 30 August 2025, so the suspension sought was no longer materially possible.
