The Organising Committee of the Partido Pacificador Democrático appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Constitutional Court rejecting the party's registration and cancelling its accreditation for lack of the 7,500 signatures and other legal requirements. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the justifications given, such as an alleged verbal instruction from a court official and difficulties with municipal administrations, were unproven and registration depends strictly on the legal requirements.
