A member of the Partido de Renovação Social (PRS) brought a challenge against the party, contesting the rejection of his candidacy for Provincial Secretary in Uíge and acts performed by allegedly incompetent bodies at the Fifth Provincial Conference without prior disciplinary proceedings. The Court declared the proceedings terminated as moot because the PRS Fifth Ordinary Congress had already taken place and its preparatory process had been held lawful and consistent with the statutes in earlier judgments.
