This Friday, 30 June 2023, the Constitutional Court is making available the academic journal “A GUARDIÔ, at the Salão Nobre (Main Hall) of the Palace of Justice in Luanda.

It is a compendium of more than 400 pages, published and distributed with the aim of helping to raise citizens' knowledge of legal and constitutional matters, and launched as part of the 15th anniversary of the institutionalisation of this august institution.

With a print run of 1,000 copies, “A GUARDIÔ presents, in this inaugural edition, a variety of thought-provoking articles of a technical and scientific nature by renowned jurists and academics with in-depth knowledge and experience of the subject, such as Carlos Feijó, Raul Araújo, Onofre dos Santos and Luzia Sebastião, who address various topics related to Angolan constitutionalism.

Armindo Jelembi, Benja Satula, Carlos Teixeira, Emanuela Vunge, Evandra Martins, Leandro Ferreira, Lúcia Ribeiro, Márcia Nigiolela, Mário Ferreira Monte, Mauro Alexandre, Onofre dos Santos and Raul Araújo also wrote for the first edition of the Journal, which will be published annually.
