Following the requests for clarification submitted by interested parties, the Evaluation Committee of the Restricted Tender with Prior Qualification for the Upgrading and Modernisation of the Technology Platform (ARCA) hereby extends the deadline for the submission of applications.
Applications must be submitted by 3.00 pm on 12 October 2026, at the One-Stop Desk (Guiché Único) of the Secretariat-General of the Constitutional Court (adjacent building), located at Rua 17 de Setembro, Cidade Alta, Palace of Justice, Luanda, against receipt, or by e-mail ([email protected]).
All other conditions of the procedure remain unchanged, as set out in the published procedure documents, without prejudice to Clarifications and Corrections No. 1, which form an integral part thereof.
