Upgrade and Modernisation of the ARCA Technology Platform and Operational Preparation for the 2027 General Elections
The Constitutional Court of Angola hereby gives notice that Restricted Tender by Prior Qualification No. 001/TC/2026 is open, for the procurement of services and supplies for the upgrade and modernisation of the ARCA technology platform
(Arquivo e Registo de Candidaturas e Actos – Archive and Registry of Candidacies and Acts), including the full migration of the document holdings from previous electoral cycles and the operational preparation of the institution for the 2027 General Elections.
Applications must be submitted by 3.00 pm on 3 October 2026, under the terms laid down in the procedure documents.
