The Patriotic Front (FP) coalition, made up of the PDLA and the PSDA after the PSD withdrew, submitted, on the order of the President of the Constitutional Court, documents showing compliance with Article 46(5) of the Electoral Law for the legislative elections of 5 September 2008. The Court admitted the coalition, finding that its scope, name, acronym and symbols were defined, the holders of its governing bodies identified and the minimum of two parties respected.
