The Partido de Comunidade Comunista Angolana (PCCA) submitted its list of candidates for the legislative elections of 5 September 2008, and the Court reviewed its regularity under the Electoral Law. The Court rejected the candidacy because there were no candidates in four provincial constituencies, the national-list candidates lacked voter card numbers and candidacy declarations, there were too few supporting voters, and false criminal record certificates and identity cards had been submitted.
