The FOFAC coalition (Fórum Fraternal Angolano Coligação) submitted its candidacy for the legislative elections of 5 September 2008. Having been notified to remedy deficiencies concerning candidates, provincial constituencies without lists and the number of supporting voters, the coalition corrected most of them within the time limit. The Court admitted the candidacy and the lists, excluding 150 of the 353 proposed candidates whose documentation did not comply with the law.
