The Attorney General applied for a declaration that the Democratic Front of Angola Party (PFDA) be dissolved; it had contested the 2012 general elections within the FUMA coalition and obtained 0.14% of the valid votes. The party filed no defence. The Court granted the application, declared the PFDA dissolved and ordered the cancellation of its registration and its winding-up within 90 days, because it had not reached the legal threshold of 0.5% of the votes.
