The Attorney General applied for the dissolution of the Party of Solidarity and Conscience of Angola (PSCA), which had contested the 2012 general elections within the FUMA coalition and obtained 0.14% of the valid votes. The party, duly summoned, did not respond. The Court dissolved the PSCA, ordering the cancellation of its registration and its liquidation within 90 days, because it had not reached the minimum of 0.5% of the votes required by Article 33(4)(i) of the Political Parties Law.
