Rádio Nacional de Angola requested clarification of Judgment No. 463/2017, which had dismissed its ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against an order of the Luanda Provincial Court upholding the attachment of a bank account. It argued that it was unclear whether its amended pleading had been considered. The Court refused the request because the judgment clearly stated that the appellant had identified neither the challenged rule nor the pleading in which unconstitutionality was raised.
