Judgment No. 743-A/2022

The appellants requested clarification of Judgment No. 743/2022, given in an appeal concerning the coercive measures of statement of identity and residence and a ban on leaving the country, questioning how the subject of the appeal had been defined and claiming to be unaware of the Supreme Court judgment under appeal. The Court refused the request, finding no doubt, obscurity or ambiguity in the judgment and noting that the case file showed they had been notified, and regarded the request as merely dilatory.
