The National Patriotic Alliance (APN) party appealed to the Plenary against the Constitutional Court's own Judgment No. 789/2022, which had dissolved it, alleging lack of reasoning, misinterpretation of the sources of law and breach of fundamental rights. The Court closed the proceedings, holding that its jurisdictional power had been exhausted by that judgment and that there was no right to a second level of jurisdiction, and noted that the party had been heard in the dissolution case.
