A member of the Social Renewal Party (PRS) brought a main action to suspend the party's 5th Ordinary Congress, following the interim measure granted by Judgment No. 880/2024, alleging statutory irregularities in its preparation and a sanction preventing him from standing as a candidate. The Court closed the proceedings as moot, since the suspension had already been achieved through the interim measure and the party had meanwhile admitted his candidacy, and the interim measure ceased to have effect.
