The UNITA Parliamentary Group sought an interim measure against the National Assembly and the National Electoral Commission (CNE) to suspend the swearing-in of CNE commissioners scheduled for 17 July 2025, disputing the allocation of commissioners among parties. The Court dismissed the action as moot and declared the proceedings closed, since the swearing-in had already taken place and the challenge to Resolution No. 118/24 had been decided in Judgment No. 994/2025.
