The UNITA Parliamentary Group applied for an unspecified interim measure against the National Assembly, challenging the resolution on the composition of the National Electoral Commission (CNE) as allegedly disregarding proportional representation and the rights of parliamentary minorities. The Court refused the measure for lack of urgency (periculum in mora), since Resolution No. 118/24, setting the criteria for appointing commissioners, had been approved before the application was filed, so the alleged harm had already occurred.
