Utter Right International Limited and Plasmart International Limited appealed to the Plenary against the order of the President of the Court rejecting their complaint against the non-admission of an ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality in criminal proceedings, alleging breach of the right of appeal and lack of reasoning. The Court dismissed the appeal and upheld the rejection on different grounds, as the appellants had not first raised the unconstitutionality of the rule before the Supreme Court.
