The 5th National Meeting of Law Students (Encontro Nacional de Estudantes de Direito – ENED), which began this Thursday, 3 April 2025, was honoured by the presence of the President of the Constitutional Court, Justice Laurinda Prazeres Cardoso.
Under the motto "Law and Technology", the event brings to the debate the relationship between technological advances and the administration of justice.
In her address on New Technologies in the Process of the Administration of Justice, the President of the Constitutional Court spoke about the complementarity between human beings and machines, the
democratisation of justice through technology, constitutional principles within the digital framework, the profile of today's jurist, and the integrity of digital justice.
The event, organised by the Students' Association of the Faculty of Law of Agostinho Neto University, brings together a number of law schools from across the country and is scheduled to close on 5 April 2025.
