A citizen lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a Supreme Court judgment of 10 October 2016 in a dispute over the occupation of a property, alleging breach of the principles of a fair trial, legality and adversarial proceedings. The Court dismissed the appeal because the Supreme Court had correctly classed the relationship as a loan for use, and the nullity of the contract, which the appellant herself had filed, could be raised of the court's own motion.
