The Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against the Supreme Court judgment upholding its immediate eviction, alleging failure to rule on the nullity of the lease, denial of evidence and breach of access to justice and of the adversarial principle. The Court dismissed the appeal, as the nullity issue had been resolved, the appellant had full access to the courts and no relevant constitutional issue arose.
