Cabinda Gulf Oil Company lodged an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court which declined to hear its appeal in a workplace accident case, finding its conclusions insufficiently summarised. The Court allowed the appeal and declared the judgment unconstitutional, holding that the conclusions sufficed to identify the subject of the appeal, in breach of Articles 6, 29 and 72 of the Constitution.
