A citizen and a school, defendants in enforcement proceedings for payment of a sum of money, appealed for harmonisation of case law, alleging a conflict between Judgment No. 559/2019, which had not admitted their ordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality concerning Article 292 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and Judgments Nos. 393/2016 and 387/2016. The Court rejected the appeal because the judgments had decided different legal questions, so there was no conflict between them.
