A dismissed employee brought an extraordinary appeal on grounds of unconstitutionality against a clarification and amendment judgment of the Labour Chamber of the Supreme Court which, revoking an earlier decision in his favour, dismissed his appeal. In its reasoning, the Court concluded that the judgment, being insufficiently reasoned, breached job security, just cause for dismissal, a fair trial and legal certainty, and that the case should return to the Supreme Court.
